Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to measure earned media placements for a variety of business-to-business and nonprofit clients. The entire company has access to and uses Cision on a daily basis.


*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Really great for tracking earned media placements.
  • Love that it provides readership numbers, even for blogs.
  • Creates detailed, interactive reports to really demonstrate our value to clients.
  • The customer support is excellent. They are quick to help with problem through an easy-to-use chat function.
  • The Newsletters function in Alerts doesn't automatically order article placements by date (and lacks a feature that would quickly do this) so you have to manually put them into date order.
Cision Communications Cloud is much more comprehensive and provides detailed reports like competitor performance that Meltwater lacks or doesn't make easy to use/ Cision is much more user friendly.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is great for Public Relations agencies looking to demonstrate value to clients.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

The support is excellent, and you always seem to get the same customer support representatives. They anqer quickly, and are always helpful and pleasant to work with.
