Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used by a company I consult with for their marketing and PR purposes. It helps pinpoint our PR outreach and track that outreach along with adding to business development.

  • The platform is so comprehensive it is overwhelming to decipher use
  • Simple offers of help to pop up while at various portions of the platform
  • Breaking the platform down to the simplest of applications and then demonstrating the back flips and forward flips

The only thing Cision Communications Cloud is missing is a searchable media contact database. Everything else is here!
The company I specifically recommended Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for is quite small. Cision Communications Cloud is almost too much of a stealth weapon for very small outlets; however, it's been tremendously helpful.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

I've had many account managers. I've also reached out through CHAT. The help arrives quickly. The account managers are thorough and I've had chain of command higher ups become involved whenever necessary. Very accessible.
