Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used by our team in order to evaluate and analyze online coverage in order to showcase PR ROI and performance.

  • User support
  • Providing key metrics for coverage analysis
  • Eliminating "noise" or non-relevant coverage from dashboards
  • Less manual process for analysis and totaling EMV
Best tool for self service evaluation of online coverage.

Well suited: Quarterly reports and one-off event/initiative coverage analysis

Less appropriate: In-depth analysis or coverage and pulling specific/actionable insights.
