Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Our company uses Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* to gather data from our PR efforts for multiple home service brands. We use it to analyze message pull through, impressions, comparison to competitors, and more.

  • Comprehensive site filled with a database chock full of valuable data at our fingertips
  • Need to clean up some of the reports to remove unnecessary data
  • Ability to create widgets more easily on our own would be nice but they are great at creating them for us
While Meltwaterbis good, our breadth of data and reporting is much more advanced with Cision Communications Cloud.
Excellent measurement and comparison tool for PR, social media and keywords.

Our rep, Whitney, has been excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive to our needs.
