Overall Satisfaction with TrendKite

We use TrendKite to help report on our client's ROI for public relations efforts. A key service of ours is media relations, so TrendKite helps us track all media mentions, estimated media impressions, estimated media value and more. One of its most powerful tools is the Share of Voice, which is a great option for our larger clients who want to understand their position against key competitors and other industry leaders.

  • Creating clean reports pulling data from each dashboard
  • Aggregating all details into one, clean dashboard
  • Media impressions are often significantly lower than they should be, as we use other tools to pull comparative #s and notice how drastically low TK's are.
  • Similarly, ad values can be skewed, so we've developed a formula that we use when we feel #s aren't accurate.
  • Could benefit from even more customizable reports.
They are usually quick to the chat feature and to assisting with questions, requests, etc.
TrendKite is really the first of its kind that we've used.
If you manage a brand, particularly their media relations and online/digital presence, TrendKite is a great tool to help manage that. It cuts down on time spent monitoring media through personal searches and other tools, and instead you can manage it all in one place. Extra options for pulling reports, customizing competitor search, building press lists even, are more reasons TrendKite has been so valuable to our firm.
