Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* helped us to discover our main traffic generators, initiated by PR content. I am using this software to create a bridge between PR and MarCom. We were able to show the value of PR to our MarCom colleagues.

- The customer care and help functions inside the Cision Communications Cloud dashboard works really well. We normally receive answers within minutes.
- Requests for new dashboards and updates are entered a few days after asking.
- Sidelink content was the main issue we faced when creating useful dashboards.
- The PR attribution part is not 99% accurate.
