Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for media tracking and reporting for various clients in a number of industries. It simplifies reporting, making the process easier and faster.


*This review was written near the time Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

Pros

  • Reporting coverage over time.
  • Recording the social sharing of media coverage.
  • Automating media relations reporting.

Cons

  • The UI can be clunky and slow.
  • The reporting function is nice, but not customizable for aesthetics.
  • The filters/exclusions for reporting are not always accurate.
It is a good baseline product for automating reporting for media relations.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

I have never interacted with Customer Service, so really N/A.
