Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet Passport is used to for payroll purposes and for employee benefits.

  • Better exporting of reports so formatting is preserved.
  • We pay about $300 per employee per month. It seems quite expensive and it is a major reason for us considering alternatives.
  • ADP
Due to limited time, we haven not evaluated the differences. We use ADP for our Canadian offices.
It is excellent for streamlining payroll and reducing the payroll processing burden for internal staff. I specifically like that it can handle multiple state payrolls for distributed staff.
