Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use Trinet and Trinet's time clock for three of our entities. We use Trinet as our HR department. They assist us in handling our HR issues, hiring and terminations. They cover our health insurance and workmans comp. If employees have questions or issues, we direct them to trinet and Trinet handles the employees' concerns.
  • Health insurance coverage - software gives employee a lot of choices in a format that allows them to compare their options.
  • Termination of employees - Trinet will assist in counseling employees and makes sure we are compliant.
  • Makes HR completely cloud based.
  • Time clock needs better integration.
  • Keeps health care costs down.
ADP provided limited assistance.
It is well suited for small companies. Because of health care costs however, you have to make sure other costs of doing business with Trinet does not outweigh the health insurance cost savings.
