Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The two people I deal with are very responsive and knowledgeable.
We use TriNet for payroll and all benefits including healthcare and 401K plans. We use it for all of our employees, company-wide.

Pros

  • We have employees in several states and TriNet handles all of the local tax issues well.
  • The support we get from the payroll and benefits specialists is very good.
  • The reports that they provide work well for our accountants.
  • Employees are able to navigate the system to meet their needs without complaints that I hear.

Cons

  • One of our employees tried to remove a dependant from the healthcare plan and it was a nightmare.
  • Both the employee and our company wound up paying unnecessary healthcare costs due to an overly inefficient system.
  • Navigating the flex spending benefits could be streamlined.
  • TriNet lowered my health care costs - that is the deciding factor.
  • All the rest of the HR functions were just as good previously.
Lower healthcare costs than anywhere else I could find
Good job on payroll and at the moment good price on healthcare costs
