Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Have never had an issue with finding someone to quickly answer questions and guide me to the proper outcome.
Rarely have an issue finding out [how] to complete tasks. I would like a stronger reporting tool that allows you to easily capture the information I'm looking for.
Our entire organization uses TriNet. We moved to them for their group benefits option and use payroll services as well.
  • Quality benefits package at very competitive rates
  • Always very responsive to my technical questions
  • Don't currently have their own time keeping option for my employees to use and automatically upload into the payroll software.
  • It's all about the benefits for us. Quality benefits at reasonable prices.
