Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We started with TriNet back in 2006 with our first start-up. We found that TriNet was a perfect firm to use to help us be able to bring in higher level employees and be able to offer them amazing benefits, this helped us out as we could lower their wages. Start-ups need as much help as possible when it comes to cash flow and by being able to take over the HR parts as well, it was a win-win for us.

I have recommended TriNet on many occasions and will continue to do so.
  • HR - this changes often and having an expert to help is invaluable
  • Benefits - The benefits you get with a firm this big are really very amazing
  • Personal Help - If I ever have a question I have someone I can call at any time for help
  • More staff in Canada
  • More help with templates for on ramping and letting people go
It does what is on the label.
When new HR rules came in place in January, I could rely on TriNet to have the rules for me to ensure we are on track.
