Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it across the whole organization. Payroll/Benefits/HR.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Benefits - renewal/ type.

Cons

  • I am going around and around in circles on a CT payroll issue.
  • I preferred when I had a rep instead of Connect 360.
Keeping up with laws.
The website is easy to use!
  • 401k Compliance.
  • Payroll easy including on boarding.
  • Benefits.
Yes my old point of contact helped with all the information required for PPL application.
It used to be a 10. In recent times my frustration has changed it to a 6.
