Very easy to switch between our different stores, respond to the customer reviews, flag any review we consider fraudulent, and there is a social media functionality so we can download reviews for use on facebook, instagram, twitter etc. There are a number of different social media templates and goals so it allows us to keep the socials fresh and interesting.
