Lovely program that gives you all the info you need without charging an arm and a leg

I recommend products and influence decision making at my company. Often, once we have a hot list of candidate software, I will consult TrustRadius to see what other industry professionals have said about it. It's a very helpful tool in that decision making process and I would highly recommend to others!

I think it's at least on par with most, while exceling in that it's free and has a larger library of products reviewed. I've always been able to find what I was looking for here.

I have poked around with Magic Quadrant but I am not a fan. My colleagues swear by it, but there is something about it that just irks me.

I think the scores are nice because they give you a good 'at a glance' and make a product easy to compare. Further, it also give you a heads up on filtering out all the 5 stars and see what others have not been happy with, potentially. Do not always end up with the highest rated, just depends on budget and colleague input a lot of times.

Very often it's that there is too much to choose from. Lots of products do the same or very similar things, but they all have their own quirks and downfalls as well. Trying to compare when they aren't exactly directly comparable always makes for a tough decision
