Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
Anytime we look for a new software we use TrustRadius because they connect their reviewers with social profiles that convince us we are getting up to date and honest feed back. We were researching CAD software and we based our decision and based our feed back on what we saw and read from all the users.
- It is easy to browse the reviews.
- It gives a social profile who left the reviews.
- The team can be very helpful when doing research.
- The home page on their website could use a makeover.
- I really don't have anything negative to say about it.
I didn't have an issue getting pricing from vendors when we asked for it. We asked and the vendors provided. If a vendor wouldn't return transparent pricing I would seek to so business elsewhere.
I think G2 is a site I do not trust. Capterra is ok as well but I think TrustRadius does a better job at asking the right questions and helping if I have more questions.
We did not use an analyst report.
A good score would be above 8 and to 10. I don't think there is a software out there that is a perfect 10 because there is always something you are not happy with. I think an honest opinion on both the good and bad can be well said.
The biggest challenge is deciding what will work for everyone in our company. Every user is entitled to their opinion if it's good or bad. Getting everyone on the same page and making sure they are happy can be a struggle. I think that's why it is a great idea to have a good amount of reviews from different industries to cover a broader area.
