Loving this product for a super small biz

I used TrustRadius when deciding which software to purchase in an ecommerce capacity. We reviewed Squarespace, Square, WordPress and Dropbox. I loved hearing from real people [about] their experiences with the variety of services. Especially with the pandemic, TrustRadius made me feel as if I wasn't being sold to but consulting a colleague.

I didn't see anything from the vendors themselves, but I could have missed it. I love to skim.

I haven't used other review sites in the same manner I use TrustRadius. I more so relay on word of mouth, I find that more trustworthy.

I love the product scores! It's such an easy way to get the gist of what someone feels about the product or service. Good would be 6 or higher. I aim for 8 or greater.

Biggest challenge would be the budgets of others who used the product. We are a super small business, so our budget is not the same as many others who use this service. Still, I found it very helpful.
