Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
Other software we evaluated was Sketch and Adobe XD. Ultimately, the feedback provided by users of all software was valuable to determine the overall flexibility and scope of features for the various software we were looking at. It was invaluable that TrustRadius had reviews that covered the breadth and depth of product users and experience for all software that was being evaluated.
We have a large company but were unsure of how many people would ultimately use this or if it would eventually grow in scope with successful adoption among smaller and more siloed teams. It was a short process of just about one quarter, thanks to the information we gleaned showcasing the flexibility of the software we selected, which drastically shortened our selection search process.

TrustRadius is by far and away the easiest to use and put into practice. What stands out is the simplicity as well as the refined way the content is front and center. It is a path of least resistance for finding software and applications that serve business needs from a business user perspective.
We did not use these for the software that we were evaluating. However, we did consider looking at market reports concerning the projected growth of positioning and evaluation for the apps that we were considering, but this type of information was less relevant to our immediate need.
Product reviews and feature ratings are vital. Since product scope and features are constantly in a state of flux, it can be hard to nail down the plain English facts of what software does. The reviews and ratings are the bridge that makes marketing speak on product presentations make sense for real-world use.
