A team of three people, led by me, evaluated numerous applications to support our account reconciliation needs. The project lasted about nine months for selection and six months for implementation.

Pros

  • Reviews from actual users after implementation.

Cons

  • Ability to ask reviewer a question.
  • Cleaner website. Remove clutter.
