Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

We use ZoomInfo to identify interested buyers and to obtain their contact information. This purchase applied to our entire revenue team of 50+ users. We spent 3 months researching this purchase and alternatives.

TrustRadius is great because I feel like the feedback is more genuine and they don't ask companies to pay them to provide more favorable reviews.
We don't use analyst reports as part of our product research because we feel like we have a unique need in our company that reports and other documents aren't going to discern.
We look at product reviews, but we also pay close attention to the support/service reviews. The best software will still have bugs/breaks and it is often the experience of working with the company that will put one product over the top in our purchasing decisions. We look for partners, not vendors, and want the relationship to be treated as such.
