We have ongoing needs for a PDF editor that will do what the teams need:
1. Signing PDF documents.
2. Adding comments.
3. Insert/extract pages.
The business need was to have a not very expensive tool but at the same time a trustable solution that will cover all our requirements.

Pros

Cons
- Too much text required for providing feedback.
- Can be more focused with simple questions.
- Solution comparison should be more visible (ok if you are an experienced TrustRadius user).
- Gartner Peer Insights (GPI)
I use both solutions when it comes to comparing some products. The only thing I miss when working with TrustRadius (TR) is that "Magic Quadrant" from Gartner that you use when providing arguments to the higher management. Will be great if TR will have something similar. Maybe it exists but it is not very popular.
Gartner Magic Quadrant is a really good tool that helps decision-makers to take a proper decision whether to go or not with a solution. I would say it becomes a MUST have evaluation tool for companies in order to make the right decision. PROS: It provides a view of how technology (solution) stands on the market. CONS: N/A.
