Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We wanted to implement a password manager enterprise wide. First of all because it makes it easier for users to handle complex passwords using a single master password. Second because during an internal pentest the ethical hackers were surprised to find no password in the browser during a PoC. Of course further pentesting could access the LastPass vault when social engineering the users, but the initial hurdle was a good security incentive.

- The design of the site is intuitive and has good design
- Using TrustRadius for a longer time I find that it is very useful.

Though the competition is also very useful, I find that TrustRadius has a more pleasing website, has better reviews many times but also does better comparisons. Using both is even better and you can make your own decision which you'd rather prefer to use. Especially for larger investments, you should get as much information as possible.
Though the analyst reports are useful, there is nothing more useful than doing a Proof of Concept and/or looking at the products in a production environment. The analyst reports just give me a general direction on what product to look for. We make our own decision and analyst reports are just one parameter into that decision.
During a Proof of Concept we try to have normal users using the product. This is most of the times the best indication of the value of the product for the business. Of course we look at all the features and the technical specifications and how much the product is future-proof, but user experience is one of the biggest tenets of the buying decision.
