Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

Paycom which is the payroll provider we use also had this software for their suite. Indeed has a similar platform that we evaluated. We found JazzHR offerings to be considerable better than the competition. It helps out to have the level of communication between the large hiring force we have.
Myself and the human resource program manager were involved in the process for purchasing JazzHR. Just two total people. We needed this product because managing hiring between so many platforms is unmanageable. We researched and implemented all within around 2 weeks time frame. This is very typical for how we purchase software of this size and scale.
  • Depth of reviews.
  • Ease of use for reviews and buyers
  • Large repository of reviews to look through
  • Session management can sometimes be a chore (lose your place mid review)
  • Sometimes applications are not here for review (app suggestion feature?)
  • Nothing else comes to mind!
  • G2
  • TrustRadius
TrustRadius is considerably more comprehensive in its nature. They ask a lot more of the reviews which makes the data that a buyer is looking for much much better and more educational for evaluating software solutions. As a reviewer it can make some more time to write a review. But as a buyer it’s so helpful!
I did not use these
Feature set is a large portion of decision making for use. We always want to make sure to utilize technology and automation to its fullest. So anything you can do via software is considerable better for daily operations. Reviews, negative comments and concerns. Forums and FAQS are helpful tools. I usually like to see photos or a free trial on a website.
I think that TrustRadius is a great software, it very much helps with organizations making decisions on software solutions that can make their organization better. I think a few ease of use and management features could be added on the reviewer side, but it’s all pretty minor stuff in my opinion.
