Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
As the pandemic began, our company started to work from home and approve remotely. We tried Microsoft Teams with Adobe acrobat pdf to review and approve, but it didn't go well because we have a bunch of stuff to deal with. Then our company turned to Ziflow, it's very straightforward to use, and making notes and approving are much easier.
As I mentioned before, we are using Ziflow for working remotely. Our company has almost 200 people at present, and most of us are using Ziflow for reviewing and approving. We were trying to use Microsoft Teams to approve, but it turns out Ziflow is more suitable for a big company to use.

Our company was using G2 and Capterra before, but then we turned to TrustRadius instead. TrustRadius is more efficient than the others, and as I can see, it has a more detailed and reliable review system, for each product, it has both pros and cons, and they are real comments from a real person so that it's reliable.
We don't use them, sorry.
We are more focusing on product reviews from a real person as well as its function.
