We sell software to companies of all sizes and all industries, so it's critical for us to have social proof from as many customers as possible. It's also impossible to do just with case studies, etc. TrustRadius helps us drive a critical mass of reviews that our sales teams can use to validate our product at multiple stages of the sales cycle. Our marketing team uses TrustRadius reviews as embeddable widgets in landing pages, as well as material for social media shares and snackable content.
  • The team at TrustRadius really took the time to understand what our objectives were, rather than trying to sell us on lead gen or content programs we didn't really need.
  • The vendor management tools in TrustRadius are among the best I've seen. The ability to add custom metadata to reviews for fast sorting/filtering later is immensely valuable.
  • We're still testing our way into the TrustQuotes for Web tool, but love that TrustRadius brought not only the technology to implement the widget, but also the expertise we needed to help guide us about placement, etc.
  • The review management program has worked out well so far, but it would be cool if they offered a lighter-weight self-service model also. If I could create and deploy my own campaign via TrustRadius, I could do more targeted campaigns to meet specific needs from our sales team.
  • The TrustQuotes for Web widget builder has gotten better in the past few months, but it would be nice if non-coding marketers could customize its look and feel a bit more easily.
  • I wish I could export data from the TrustQuotes library for faster sorting and sifting. The search works well, but sometimes I want to organize data in larger sets.

TrustRadius has helped drive over 250 new ratings and reviews in under 6 months, and has contributed more than 20 new customers to our customer reference program. We are still working on driving up conversion rates on our landing pages via the TrustQuotes for Web widget, but are optimistic we can achieve a 10-20% lift in conversions on highly-targeted pages.
G2 Crowd, IT Central Station, GetApp, Capterra, Software-Advice.com, Gartner Peer Insights. We have evaluated programs from all of these vendors and found that TrustRadius's program most closely matched what we were trying to accomplish in 2016/2017. Some vendors are highly focused on lead generation, but others are more suitable for an enterprise sales model.
We haven't extracted maximum value from the content in TrustRadius, but that's mostly because or our own internal reorganization. We believe validated content on third-party review sites serves an important purpose that is different than what case studies or other marketing content offers. Third-party validated content is more trustworthy and more "human" than anything we could come up with, so we use it to prove the value of our product in ways we cannot.
The team is extremely detail-oriented and focused on our success. I have a weekly call with TrustRadius, and they have made themselves available to solve issues as soon as they arise. We have also enjoyed working with the research team to help sort out our category and positioning.
TrustRadius is great if you're looking for a partner to help elevate your brand awareness and provide social proof for use in a longer, enterprise sales cycle. If you're just in it for lead gen opportunities, you may have better luck with higher-SEO sites.
