This started as a marketing initiative to add more social proof to our product marketing. It's worked great at adding value to our team conversations and in our marketing material. Giving our content the extra backing that we are looking for from our customer base. The use of TrustRadius started in our marketing team and has moved into customer marketing and account management to guide practices to improve our product and services. It's also led to sales opportunities since we have a large library of reviews to reference.
- Their team is pretty awesome. I've worked closely with Patrick H and I love his approach to account management, very personal and focused on building a relationship.
- I love the TrustRadius approach to reviews because it focuses on the review and not buying leads or anything weird to capture reviews. We work with other vendors and TrustRadius definitely sets themselves apart with the quality of the reviews and interactions.
- Using the product in general is pretty easy and intuitive. They are constantly doing updates with new features which we love to utilize.
