TrustRadius is mainly used within our marketing department, but we are slowly starting to get Customer Success and Sales to use it on a more daily basis. It has been a great way to help support prospects' concerns and hesitations when using our software.
- TrustQuotes: have by far been my most favorite feature. We started implementing the widgets throughout our website (ie. product page, landers, etc.) and it has made a huge difference.
- Customer Support: I have to say the Customer Success Managers have been a huge help with getting everything up and running. They are always there for me and coming up with great ideas on how to make the most out of their software.
- Flexibility and being able to customize features to support your website's brand.
- Ease of implementation
- There needs to be more data and insight into who is viewing your profile. TrustRadius just recently released a feature that allows you to see the company, but it would be nice to know names, title, etc.
- It would be neat if they had a tool to help A/B test the performance of their widget vs. not having them.

Since we recently just implemented TrustQuotes, we are still in the stages of understanding the impact on conversion rate. We plan to start testing over the next couple months to figure out how our customer reviews have made a difference on each lander. Although we have found that these reviews are working well with the Sales team. We have received great feedback from them saying it is a great asset for them to have throughout our sales cycle.
At one point in time, MindTouch was also using G2 Crowd to source reviews. In my personal opinion, the customer support with TrustRadius blew them out of the water! Our success manager has gone above and beyond my expectations. We have multiple calls a month to go over new features, success tips, etc. He is always coming up with new ideas on how MindTouch can make the most out of our reviews. He even came out for an onsite to come and train each department and provide them with examples on how other companies are making the most out of their reviews.
Your customers are your advocates! It is as simple as that. Having a third party site publish reviews really authenticates your product or service. Case studies and testimonials are great, but at the end of the day they're usually written up by the company itself. To have an outside source prepare that content for you, makes it 10x more credible.
Like I have mentioned above, the TrustRadius Customer Success team is why I love the software so much! They really believe in helping their customers and making them successful from start to finish.

Everyday TrustRadius provides exception support for their product. It has been such a pleasure to work with their team because of this fact. A great example of this was when they worked with MindTouch to write our product report. When first developing the report, we changed the concept multiple times. TrustRadius provided MindTouch with so much patience as we worked on a new idea. The final write up turned into a huge asset our Sales team now uses when working with prospects.

- The Company Listing section was very straightforward. It walks you through a series of steps to fill out your company profile. We were able to get our profile up and running within a couple hours.
- The new Visitor Insights section is manageable and easy to navigate but I wish it was more detailed with data.
- The Review Management section was a tad confusing at first. You have to switch tabs to from the My Products section to the My Company section to label your tags and then you can go back into the Review Management section to start tagging your reviews. My CSM did a wonderful job at explaining how to use the new feature, but if it weren't for him it probably would have taken me some time to learn.
