The TrustRadius TrustQuotes library is very easy to navigate; great UI.
TrustRadius handles the review targeting and execution of review campaigns so you can focus on your day to day tasks.
TrustRadius account managers act as consultants for your entire review site strategy

Cons

Having specific KPIs built into their programs would be helpful.

TrustRadius impacted our business by increasing our rating and reviews above our competitors. They have helped us to manage our brand reputation and increase our brand awareness.

Impact on Personal KPIs

TrustRadius increased our rating and reviews. However, the time we spent in doing so was much higher than other review sites where we also increased our ratings and number of reviews.

Review Richness

The quality of content we gathered from our customers was very good. With other review sites you don't get long, well-crafted sentences and content from customers. But with TrustRadius, the customer content was specific and targeted, which can be very useful in marketing campaigns.

Likelihood to Recommend

TrustRadius is well suited for organizations looking for customer content. The quotes you gain from the reviews can be used on web pages and in email campaigns. You are able to target specific groups of customers to gain custom content. You need to have an agile web team and web platform to best embed these quotes. The downfall is TrustRadius is only one vendor and does not help to raise your review scores across other review sites.
