We have been able to solicit some great feedback from clients and referenceable quotes through TrustRadius. Our account manager meets with us regularly to give us best practices on how to get the most out of the program.

TrustRadius has allowed us to directly solicit feedback from clients that we can then use to assist in the buying decision for prospects. It has also brought to light some feedback from clients on our products/services that we would not have otherwise heard.
This is our first vendor partner of this type.
We used custom questions to direct feedback at specific products or offerings that we needed more customer insight. The questions were very easy to deploy and our rep gave us some good direction on phrasing.
