This is a great tool to enable real customer reviews/quotes that we in turn leverage for marketing and sales tools and enablement. This provides powerful validation for our products in the real voice of the customer. Additionally, it helps us with identifying and addressing customer issues.

Overall the content we are able to create from these reviews has been tremendously successful in driving and maintaining engagement with our customers and prospects.
  • The support we get from the customer success team is top notch - they go above and beyond to help ensure we are extracting (and demonstrating) maximum value from the tool.
  • Ease of use to drive reviews - we provide a pre-approved list of target customers and they take care of the rest.
  • The integrations with salesforce are very easy and makes life easier on sales.
  • Would be great to incorporate a soft call to action - perhaps have a piece of content for download, or a "Talk to a rep" or "Get a demo" button.
  • Increase brand awareness

The biggest impact has been to our locals/independent market where we are leveraging these quotes to accelerate conversions with our ecommerce product and sales enablement. We are setting up tests to better qualify that.
We have been looking at other review sites, but not really in lieu of TrustRadius, but rather as a compliment. However, we are currently only using TrustRadius.
Primarily giving us more content fodder - we are beginning to implement testing across conversion pages and touch points to assess impact on conversion and lead qualification.
For the most part very high quality content. Some reviews are pretty lean/light, but others tell a great story - we are starting to target more up market customers and will begin customizing our questions around that market in 2019.
First and foremost any industry that relies on reviews - or customer reviews are prevalent is a must. This will ensure that the volume of reviews can be organically leveraged - outside of the company's efforts.
