Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

  • Review Management Program
  • TrustQuotes for Web
  • TrustProfile (Premium Profile)

TrustRadius serves as an excellent resource for unbiased review collection and organization of those reviews. The platform is great at being able to take phrases and statements out of reviews for aggregation purposes, ultimately providing a "themed-cut" of all the reviews. Whether that's useability, performance, support experience, or simply comparisons to competitive technologies, TrustRadius answers them all!
  • Mostly Autopilot
  • Review process for reviews
  • Being able to create our own TrustQuotes
  • Unclear who should own the program internally
  • No regular reports published
  • Collecting reviews comes in bursts
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Manage brand reputation
  • Scale customer proof through reviews
  • Third-party validation of marketing claims
  • Reduce or supplement reference requests
  • Improve sales efficiency
  • Gather product insights
  • Identify & address customer issues

We share every single review internally, and the positive ones are great for company morale while the ones that have constructive feedback give our product managers and our support staff issues that we can start to address.
G2Crowd - a different audience, but very similar platform
Capterra - Reviews seem to be less influential there.
I don't have KPIs that TR addresses.
Not applicable-- no custom questions used.

The quality in general is stellar. People tend to write a lot more on TrustRadius than any other similar platform. The reviews are similar to what you'd get on an actual reference call.
Great if you are marketing a B2B technology that has a wide variety of buyer profiles. It's especially useful if you sell a product in an established market, with competitors present in deals.

Not great if you don't have a lot of customers that can write nice things about your product.
