TrustRadius is our organization's most comprehensive library of client reviews. We've leveraged the TrustQuotes Library to catalog by theme and create collateral and presentations to enable our sales teams. Marketing, sales and client support are all aware of and involved with the maintenance of our TrustQuotes. The TrustRadius team has been helpful in recommending creative ways to utilize our Quotes library - including display on our site and addition of requests for reviews in our support team's follow up surveys.

- Though this is our organization's largest collective library of client reviews, when you search "Ascentis Reviews" on Google - this is not the first organic result. Competitors of TrustRadius, which we have invested less with to this point, have stronger SEO and outrank TrustRadius.

I believe we have accumulated 70-90 reviews since initiating a 3-6 month campaign with TrustRadius. Quick results has been a great win.
We are in talks with G2 Crowd, as an "in addition to" TrustRadius. It's important to maintain a well rounded presence across all of the big names in this space. TrustRadius was a great starting point - price points, wonderful customer service, impactful results from our first few campaigns.
From a marketing perspective, TrustRadius has been a gold mine. We've been able to leverage our Quotes library in email campaigns, on our website, in newsletters, in support surveys, sales enablement assets, and as references for new clients.
The reviews are thoughtful and substantial and CUSTOMIZABLE for each respondant. There's a depth of themes reviewers can respond to as it applies to their experience, giving us a standardized mix of feedback to leverage for marketing purposes. Even the most brief reviews have valuable nuggets for a variety of our teams - product, support, sales.
