Voice of the Customer and advocacy is key to us. We use our customers' reviews on TrustRadius to collect product feedback (for Product Management), to show more use cases/inspire existing customers (Customer Marketing) and to accelerate sales cycles (Demand generation).
  • The product is easy to use. Easy to navigate, easy to get an overview of status and to filter among our reviews.
  • Good onboarding support. We've gotten support around how to incorporate a rating tile in our emails, best practices for email cadence, conversion rate optimization, how to best leverage the reviews etc.
  • TrustRadius gives us valuable outcomes = reviews, that we leverage on our website, in our prospect and customer email communication, in sales cycles etc. Great reviews are a powerful tool.

Our TrustRadius user reviews speak for themselves and are objectively verifying that Planview Projectplace is a great solution for Collaborative Work Management that our users highly recommend to others. That's a powerful sales and marketing tool. Having a wide pool of reviews has made it a lot easier for us to find relevant quotes and references to facilitate sales cycles. We also get very valuable product feedback that is used by the product management team to improve the product further.
To a certain extent, we are using a couple of of other reviews site such as Capterra, GetApp and G2 Crowd. But TrustRadius is our primary choice, both because of its credibility and ease of use.
Getting regular updates on customer use cases and product feedback through the reviews is helping me to create more relevant onboarding and nurture content for our users.
I consider the reviews to have high quality: being trustworthy and providing quite detailed feedback and information about use cases. Its valuable insights for many of our departments (marketing, product, sales, customer experience etc.). They're helping us understand our user base even better.
Having a large user base and easy ways of segmenting your user base, will facilitate gathering reviews.
