- Love the integration with Influitive. It was easy to set up, makes it easy for us to point our advocates to our review page, and reward them for their efforts.

With the Influitive integration, we were able to double the number of online reviews of our product using TrustRadius. It's a great addition to our overall advocacy strategy, as it allows for our customers to have their voices be heard, and for us to reward them for taking the time to give their feedback.
We have also considered G2 Crowd in the past. I'm not sure why we chose TrustRadius, but I do know that the Influitive Integration was much easier to implement, and I love that it is fully automated.
TrustRadius allows for me to show the power of customer advocacy through third-party reviews. Through this, we have furthered our investment in these types of programs, and can continue building our user community to be a real strategic enabler for our business.
I appreciate that TrustRadius really cares about the quality of reviews before posting them on the site. That is a major issue for us with other review sites, as there are many people who try to give the bare minimum to be rewarded.
