TrustRadius allows us to leverage our customer's voice and build awareness of our products for individuals who are doing research on Live Chat and AI-powered chatbot solutions.

Pros

  • Clean looking and easy to research vendors without all the ads!
  • Great vendor/admin portal with detailed information on who is researching our listings
  • The ability so create custom questions for those who want to leave reviews

TrustRadius has allowed us to scale our presence and market reputation dramatically in a short period of time and have made it very easy to leverage reviews and quotes across our customer lifecycle. We've gone from essentially no presence on TrustRadius to being "Top-Rated" in our category in the span of just a few months.
We chose TrustRadius over other platforms like G2 and Capterra. What we've seen is that it actually makes sense to scale across multiple online review platforms and replicate success across these other sites. We have seen more robust reviews on TrustRadius, which is why we continue to focus on this platform over others. Also, the ease of use of the integrations and Trust Quotes allow us to easily put some of the content our customers are giving us into action!
We've seen great success with TrustRadius in less than a year of working with them. We've scaled from 1 review to 30 in a few short months and are planning on using the voice of our customer across the customer lifecycle.
The quality has been great. We consistently are able to pick out 2-3 quotes from a single review that showcases the success our users are finding through our products.
Compared to other online review platforms, TrustRadius allows customization and long-form reviews. Reviews tend to be more robust and allow our users to get more in-depth into their experiences with our products.

We pride ourselves on long-form content that is rich with data buyers rely on in the purchasing process. It's common for customers to get several quoteable sound bites out of a single review since they are so rich with detail and you are right on track with wanting to leverage this across your customer lifecycle. Social proof goes a long way with tech buyers!
