Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Our company is using TrustRadius to solicit reviews from our customer base. We use the review input as feedback to our teams to help improve what we do, as well as for content and buyer insights. The platform helps us keep a pulse on how our customers feel about the products and features they use, as well as the support they receive from our team members.

We use other review sites such as G2 Crowd as well.
I've been able to support teams with testimonials to help drive Demand Gen campaigns and to help support other initiatives such as promoting our support offerings with customers. It has also helped me build out base of reference customers to help support our sales efforts.
The quality of content has been really good and the ability to use custom questions is really helpful.
It's a great tool for sourcing customer testimonials from customers for use in marketing materials, for driving new references for your sales team, and for getting insights from your customer base to help improve product offerings and services.
