Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using the TrustRadius platform to generate reviews which can be used to provide customer proof points and testimonials to potential users. It can be difficult to capture customer feedback so this provides us with an additional way to do so. Departments involved have been business ops, sales, marketing, product and customer success.

  • The TrustQuotes library is very easy to use both to create quotes and to find them.
  • The reports section is really helpful and provides us with valuable visitor insights.
  • It would be nice to be able to customize the review widget further.
  • Increased reviews in industries which have proven difficult previously.
  • Provided over 100 talking points for the sales team to reference and share.
  • Improved our overall market position.
The quality of the reviews has been quite good. We also included custom questions to provide specific insight into the buying process and our product to provide additional feedback to both our product marketing and sales teams. The majority of the feedback has been consistent and has helped us to build use cases to address those needs.
We've also partnered with G2Crowd. The account support we've received from TrustRadius to G2Crowd is night and day. With TrustRadius we feel like we have a true partner who is invested in our success as much as their own.
TrustRadius is really great for gathering true insight into the customer uses cases and overall satisfaction with our platform vs. others. We are not using TrustRadius as a lead generation tool, but rather a tool which helps us move contracts through the sales funnel faster.

We've seen great success in including TrustRadius reviews and quotes within our sales deck.
