Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

At Cision we use TrustRadius for the gathering of ratings and reviews. Run by our Customer Marketing team, TrustRadius serves as a primary channel for obtaining enterprise level customer ratings and reviews to be used as references, speakers and general testimonials in our demand gen efforts.
  • Ease of use - once you're up and running it's easy to log on and see results.
  • Customer support and enablement - The team hosts weekly calls and quarterly progress reports with my team. This is HUGE for us.
  • Pricing model and auto renew (don't do it TR).
  • Customer service/success - This is a positive and a negative. We did have to push for the level of service that we get now. No complaints now but did have to push for it.
  • Understanding of the customer's needs. Our situation, like everyone's, is unique but in our time of transition it took a TON of conversations to get TR on the same page as us.
  • Renewals, specifically cross-sell/upsell - It's still early in our tracking but we've seen about a $30K lift in our customer marketing campaigns where we used TrustRadius information.
Like any smart marketing org, we believe in diversifying our tech. We also use G2. There are similarities between the two in terms of ease of use and our ability to source content and speakers. G2's given us a bit more insight and response from our SMB audience while TrustRadius has been stellar on the enterprise side.
To be blunt, TrustRadius helped to legitimize the Customer Marketing team's existence and put them on a path to greater attribution and visibility at Cision. TrustRadius is now part of the required checklist in our campaign planning to ensure success. Cision is a global organization and our regions are all asking us during our budget and planning cycle how they can get someone from TrustRadius helping them.
Solid so far. Customer content has centered around our customer service and quality of product.
If used correctly, TrustRadius is a strong contributor to a robust demand gen strategy, specifically on the customer marketing side. Quotes, testimonials and sourcing speakers are all ingredients to a successful demand gen campaign and TrustRadius serves that up to us.
