Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to source reviews from our customers and enable sales conversations. It's been really great to see what our users say about us and how it's helped our exposure on TrustRadius to people researching analytics solutions. Separately, it's been a great resource for our salespeople to use as social proof in conversations, to see what companies are looking at us, and to share reviews with prospects that tackle specific questions. It's a tool to move along conversations for us for sure.

Pros

Cons

  • The vendor portal can be a bit glitchy
  • Unable to download reports due to errors
  • Helped prospecting efforts through visitor insights.
  • Helped us know how users felt.
Reviews are more thorough and well thought out.
G2. We like both! They are different.
This is a great tool to build social proof, hear from your users, and gain exposure. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to build or expand their reach or source sales enablement material.
