We use Trustradius for our brand awareness and review collection. It helps us to increase our prospect reach, as they can compare different solutions and rely on honest reviews. We leverage intent data module a lot, as it helps us to know who visits our page.

Intent data allows us to be more specific with our outbound campaigns and get better results.
Customer success followup is top notch! It's a real differentiator. Our Customer success rep is doing an excellent job helping us reaching our set goals. She is available and a real problem solver. That human touch makes the difference with other vendors.
