We are also working with G2 and I consider the platforms complementing each other. With TrustRadius for Vendors we collect complex review content reflecting attribute ratings of our products, different use cases and deployments our clients experiment, reviewers sentiments. Using quotes tagging and Chrome Extension feature we can map the most relevant reviews to the right audience, messaging or industry. The vendor portal has multiple selections available, for me it is very important to be able to check only with a click the number of ratings or the number of reviews for different date range or to check if my product is qualified for next awards.

We use G2 and Gartner Peer Insights in addition to TrustRadius. These days, it seems like most companies have reviews on all three of these review sites. It's hard to choose just one vendor to focus reviews on as buyers tend to gravitate towards one review site over another so we try to collect as many reviews as possible on all three review websites.

TrustRadius is the peer site and team that has introduced new services and offerings to us — and not talking upsell here, but things we already get with our service and may not be taking advantage of. We have then often found ourselves asking the same of our other peer site providers and either it took heavy lifting for them to match or they simply did not have anything to match.

The offerings at TrustRadius for Vendors are right on par with the other similar services we use. What sets TrustRadius for Vendors apart is their customer service and ability to address out personal needs and provide strategic recommendations on how we can make the most out of our paid partnership with them. Other similar providers don't seem to deliver best-in-class customer service.

The only other review platform that we pay for is G2. TrustRadius for Vendors is very highly regarded in the space (if not the most highly regarded), and I would say it's equivalent to G2 on the capabilities and customer service side, aside from the fact that it garners higher quality reviews. I do believe it is a bit more expensive, though.

I prioritized TrustRadius over Gartner Peer Insights due to my emphasis on user-generated content and extensive reviews. I value community-driven insights, which TrustRadius offers through its platform, enabling a broader range of perspectives and experiences to guide decision-making. Gartner Peer Insights, while respected, can be seen as somewhat traditional and less intuitive. Its focus on category-level reviews can limit depth, contrasting with the broader and more accessible approach of TrustRadius.

All platforms have their strengths and weaknesses, but TrustRadius for Vendors is pushing the envelope with their white glove service and willingness to bring issues and concerns to the relevant team or team members in support of growing their position as a review site and trusted partner. I see it from the top of their organization, and I believe it to be inherent to their culture.

We use all of these tools in tandem currently. We have had a lot of success with Capterra's PPC offering so far this year, and we also were able to run completely subsidized incentivized review campaigns where they funded the gift card rewards. G2 appears to have a larger market share overall, and we can attribute demo requests to our G2 profile form and UTMs on our profile there.

We choose to go with TrustRadius because you guys do all the campaigns for us, unlike Gartner Peer Insights, who make you do it yourself. Additionally, Gartner's interface is not that slick or obvious. I feel that TrustRadius and G2 are basically the same, but TrustRadius's support is much better.

We went with TrustRadius for Vendors because our Account Manager was very engaging compared to Capterra and G2. I reached out to Capterra several times, and no one even responded. G2 sales pitch was weak and in my perception, TrustRadius for Vendors functionality is more advanced than theirs.

TrustRadius for Vendors is superior in terms of content available on companies. While other sites might be bigger or more established, that does not mean they are better. The customer support you will receive working with TrustRadius for Vendors is far better, in my experience, than what you might receive with G2. Overall, they are my preferred review platform.

We actually use TrustRadius, G2, and Capterra, and TrustRadius for Vendors definitely gives us the most for our investment. The reviews offer key insights into our customers favorite features, but we also take their "cons" to our product team to help guide the product roadmap. The buyer intent data helps us keep our BDRs prospecting into high-intent lists and also fuels our 6sense display campaigns.

We enjoyed the long-form reviews and the ability for our customers to earn gift cards for the reviews. TrustRadius also makes it easy to reward gift cards to customers if needed retroactively. Also, they offer the review campaign generation service on the vendor's behalf, which we also appreciate.

TrustRadius' support team is significantly more engaged than that of their larger competitors. The personalized experience I've received from the TrustRadius team is far beyond what I've received from some of their larger competitors like Capterra.
