We are using TrustRadius for Vendors to show how we compare to our competitors and we are also using TrustRadius for Vendors to get quotes from customers. We are able to show our prospects what customers genuinely think about our product without bias. It has helped us in our sales cycles and ensuring that our potential clients are making informed decisions about what products they are wanting to purchase.

- Cherry picking from other companies that does not get flagged
- Can be a "pay to play" scenario
- Occasionally unable to get solid answers from TrustRadius support
- More customer quotes
TrustRadius has the most in depth review questions and this allows not only our organization but prospects to see what our clients think about us. We are able to get a lot more unbiased feedback that we are able to share with specific internal organization in order to improve our products.
