Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We are using the platform to monitor and respond to reviews. Our rep, Sascha has been a great addition to our partnership. She responds and answers all our questions in a timely manner. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped our organization by awarding us badges that we can show current and potential clients how we are doing.

- Would be nice to have one portal
- Training videos for how to best use TrustRadius for Vendors would be helpful
- SSO would be nice since we do have a user section
- Suggestions are always helpful
- Fewer badges would make the badges more meaningful
- Increased traffic on our page
Our organization has had a meeting to chat about intent driven data or leads. We are not able to dive deep into that section just yet but excited for the future so we can learn more of how we can best utilize our partnership and win together. More organic reviews is our best way to win.
Like I mentioned earlier, I think it can be somewhat complex having a "new" and "old" portal. Toggling between the two can be confusing especially when we are training our other team members about TrustRadius for Vendors. I do like that our rep responds to us same day or next business day.
