Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

My organization has had a relationship this TrustRadius for a few years now. They have been instrumental as a central location where prospect prospects can get to know more about our software services and hear from trusted HR pros in the space about their experience with our company. The partnership has given us the ability to highlight our credibility with our badge/rank across our website, while also highlighting areas of consideration within our product that we need to improve upon for a better experience for all.

Pros

  • improved organic SERP ranking via volume of customer reviews

Cons

  • Corporate profile grid for CPC activation
  • expanded product feature options to select & highlight
  • Boosted Organic Traffic in a crowded industry
  • Return on Investment, Low cost with positive ROI
  • Increase lead pipeline
The reviews are more in-depth and provide the ability to highlight not just the product as a whole overall, but Implementation experience and the lessons learned there. That has been instrumental in helping our organization identify common trends and themes across where our product offerings were not meeting expectations and work directly with our product and implementation teams to highlight those insights and find solutions to improve our offering.
While it can be difficult to get a response at times, it might just be because multiple services are being utilized across the org, across different departments.
TrustRadius provides a more in-depth look at our product offering with customer reviews, not just at the Corprorate profile level. ZoomInfo was disappointing around customer data completeness we experienced with them. We have not seen similar issues in our current activation of TrustRadius.

TrustRadius is well suited for the B2B SaaS space and can be used not only as way to attract net-new prospects, but also speed up those that are already in pipeline and using the platform as a sense of reassurance.
