Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius has been an invaluable tool in helping PandaDoc be seen as an industry leader in our main categories. One of my main KPIs at PandaDoc is to generate reviews and tie those reviews back to pipeline generation. TrustRadius has been a great partner in helping us prove the impact of our review generation programs and maintain visibility for our products.

TrustRadius review content is much more in-depth than other competitors' and provides a deeper dive for potential customers evaluating PandaDoc.
Many of our ongoing comms have been automated or moved to an office-hours model, so we don't get much support from our accounts team. In comparison, there are other review vendors we work with with whom we are much more likely to expand, given their ongoing support and the insights they share. Overall, I feel the customer support team should be more hands-on and strategic, as there could be opportunities to upsell and expand with customers who are being missed.
G2 has been a great partner, but TrustRadius helps us target a different market. We may also use Gartner Peer Insights to generate reviews in the future.

TrustRadius is well suited to helping us gain visibility in the mid-market and enterprise sectors, whereas other review generation sites cater to different target markets.
