Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We use TSheets to track our production team. It is one of the easiest systems to use that I've encountered. This app allows easy mobile verification and has an easy control system in place.
- Tsheets is easy to use, even for those who don't like mobile apps or time tracking.
- Customer service is top notch! They are never too busy, irritated or bothered by your questions, even if you call a lot (like I did). Dawn was so helpful with me today, and although she was relatively new, she was able to assist me with everything that I asked her.
- It has a lot of controls.

- Editing time sheets themselves. I often have had to go back to insert time into an employee's record to make it easier for them to follow. Editing time records after they have been entered isn't always easy.
- Reading the calculated time bar at the top could be improved. I love the break out on the payroll report, however, it can mislead employees into believing they have worked more hours than they actually have.
- Too soon too tell yet. We've just gotten our systems up and running correctly.
Not sure why this was selected, as I didn't select this program. However, I like it. I like that it works with Gusto and QB Online.
