Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
TSheets is used by our entire office. It works great, allowing the individual employee to input their time, allowing me to look and approve when I need to run payroll. It's a fairly simple, straightforward program.
Pros
- Easy for new employees to learn.
- Simple to talk back and forth with my accounting/payroll program.
Cons
- I can't think of anything it's missing. My only negative is that I was never trained, so I just jumped in and figured it out. Thankfully it's pretty intuitive.
- Positive as it's easy to use.
- Positive for its great customer support. Lauren just helped me, she was awesome, friendly and knowledgable.
QuickBooks is the only other timesheet program I have used. It was much more cumbersome because I was the only one with the program so I had to input everyone's time myself. With TSheets, it's on everyone's computer for them to do themselves.
