Overall Satisfaction with UberConference
UberConference was packaged as part of our Dialpad phone system, but before our company signed up for Dialpad it was used on the free tier quite often because it is by far the best free teleconference software out there. It is used mostly by management level employees to set up meetings with outside vendors or consultants. I found it quite easy to use as it doesn't require any software to be installed, so for restricted user accounts, it is an ideal choice. It also allows screen sharing across multiple platforms since it's entirely browser driven.
- Easy to use, no privilege escalation needed for install.
- Quick and clear connections, easy to tell who is speaking and who is on (or not) on the call.
- Screen share works well with no technical assistance to most people!
- Not much to improve other than maybe more direct calendar integration with Outlook (legacy desktop apps).
- Extremely good value, especially on the free tier
- One of the only conferencing software that allows for most commonly used features to be free
- Low cost, so an excellent value for enterprise level use
Compared to built-in apps like Google Meet, or Hangouts UberConference offers higher quality connections and more features. Unlike Cisco WebEx or Zoom meetings (also bundled with Ring Central), it doesn't require any software to be installed in most cases which makes getting participants to join much easier. Automatic reminder calls through the system really help get everyone on the meeting, and since it's entirely browser-based all you need is Chrome to conduct or join meetings on the computer, unlike many competing applications.

Evaluating UberConference and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
The price I would say is the ultimate selling point as it gets people on the platform w/o any sort of investment. Once I tried it (and others) this was quickly secondary as the system is so easy to use that it quickly because of the #1 choice to host the meetings.
No, the evaluation was free and I am very happy with the software so I wouldn't change a thing. Since the software offers so many features on the free tier there as no need for a "trial" basis truly a natural choice when it came to select a company-wide conferencing software.

Yes - Very well, it has an intuitive app that is easy to use and install. The Android and the iOS app has a very clean interface, very straightforward sign-in process with the ability to integrate with Google account logins. Basically, you just download and install the app, sign-in with your Google account and you're all set up to join meetings! For hosting you just need to answer a few simple questions and then you are good to host participants.
