Overall Satisfaction with UberConference

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our whole company (11 people) uses UberConference. We have one paid account and everyone else uses the free version. We LOVE it. It is simple, seamless, reliable and has everything we need. It's easy to jump onto calls to share your screen, which we do a lot. It works well for one-on-one or larger groups. In terms of the free version, it is definitely the best conferencing software I've encountered yet. I literally have no complaints about my experience with UberConference.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't match phone number + computer perfectly.
The hold music can be annoying

Especially because we use the free version, this is a simple and effective way for our employees to quickly connect with those inside and outside of the company quickly! ROI has been great.

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Zoom

Much better then anything else I've used by far.

It is perfect when you just need a simple conference line, that can be ready in a moment's notice without having to pre-schedule. You can record calls, and basically anything you need is there.

It doesn't have more advanced webinar capabilities but that is no issue for us!
