Overall Satisfaction with UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)

We us UKG [Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)] for ALL EMPLOYEES. Contractual, substitutes, exempt, non-exempt. Employees can use a physical clock at building entrances, the mobile app, or the browser application. Tons of uses for us. On-site employees for emergencies, time off requests, grant tracking, importing absences from other systems, exporting data to payroll.
  • Customer Service
  • Integration options
  • Staying Current with trends
  • Cloud hosted is difficult to get used to
  • Time Tracking
  • Flexibility with Other Systems
  • TOTALLY Eliminated paper timesheets & Time Off Requests
  • Assisted with Grant Fund Tracking
UKG [Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)] was and is clearly in the lead vs. Frontline's time/attendance product (in our opinion). UKG for school districts is way more customizable and offers more of what we need.

Love the support options [with UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)]. Instant chat feature is great, when opening a help desk case I'll get a response in under 4 hours. Technicians are very knowledgeable of the product & help us through every issue we've encountered. The system is very customizable in terms of naming conventions. UKG is constantly releasing updates to keep the product current with market trends & listing to the user community.
